As the title of the blog has indicated, this blog is all about Enterprise 2.0
Enterprise 2.0 represents the use of emergent social software platforms within businesses, organisations and their clients.
Today, many businesses and organisations have already chosen to utilise social media as an internet-based tool for sharing and discussing information. It's said that Enterprise 2.0 will not only enable businesses to collaborate and form communities online; but it is also the next generation of enterprise content management.
As a future IT professional, I believe it is critical to study and understand Enterprise 2.0 to ensure that I can help businesses to embrace social networks utilising Web 2.0 technologies appropriately.
